great for trimmimng but not for styling. fantastic sams is a place where you get your hair cout or trimmed, not for getting it styled. i went to get my hair straightened there once and it turned out to be a mess. i planned on having my hair straight for that night and the next day. it stayed straight for the rest of the night but when i woke up the next morning it was curly and wavy, not straight at all and not what i wanted.
