Horrible experience with this small business owner.. Horrible experience with this business owner and very unsatisfied with customer experience. Used this shop for a Sweet Sixteen. Dresses for the 15 girls did not fit correctly, she does not order by exact sizes, ordered by Small/Med/Large, so none fit well, then she charged every girl to make alterations, especially to the busts. And she charged everyone extra for the alterations. We rented tuxes, none were matching (coat jackets didn't match, white dress shirt were not matching, some had pleats in the front, others did not). The only thing that matched were the colors. Called in my husbands measurements due to being out of town. Pants were 2 inches too short around the waist, 3 inches short in length, the dress shirt was too small and the jacket was too small. Nothing fit. Oh, and no shoes received. My husband was in a wedding in North Carolina in June, we used the exact same measurements we called in and had NO ISSUES with the fit, it was perfect. But this owner stated that the measurements were off and it was our fault.
