Fitness Defined is a wonderful place to get the knowledge and know how of what you need to get the body that you want. I will always appreciate my trainer, Amy, being there to celebrate my successes and catch me when I fell, and get me back on track of where I need to be. The facility is small and personal, also has a warmth about it you can't get in a big gym. These people genuinely care about the people they train and want their clients to reach their goals. You become more than a client, you become part of a family.
Pros: Personalized program to help meet your goals. Wonderful place to be!

The trainers at Fitness Defined are fabulous. I have seen measurable results in a very short time, and results are fuel for motivation. Philip is a top notch trainer. He is very good at helping me set goals, and he encourages me to work hard. He varies my workouts so I am never bored. He is very good at pushing me to my limits without burning me out. I highly recommend the staff at Fitness Defined. The gym is small, with three trainers, so you won't get "lost" in a crowd when working out. If you are ready to get in the best shape of your life, Fitness Defined will get you there. Two Thumbs up!!!!!
