Great First Impression. My wife and I visited Firebirds for lunch recently. We were completely satisfied with our meals and the service. It was lunch, so we had a steak sandwich and the French dip. Both were cooked to perfection and served with steak fries. I would not hesitate to order a dinner steak based on this experience. Try the Blue Cheese Chip appetizer, kettle cooked potato chips covered with a chunky blue cheese dressing.

If there is seating, sit on the patio. There isn't any view but it is very cozy, centered around a stone fireplace.

Always a pleasure at Firebirds. I live north of the Valley area, but visit the Chandler area quite often to go shopping and do other errands. Recently, I have stumbled across Firebirds right by Chandler Fashion Center, and I wonder why i have never tried it before! The upscale steakhouse has a casual and inviting atmosphere with a delicious menu that is easy on the budget. On my first visit I thought I was given preferential treatment when the server told me all bottles of wine were half off, but it turns out that this is a regular ritual every Monday! Now my fiancee and I make regular date nights to Firebirds for this great deal. Aside from Wine Down Mondays (the witty name they've coined this special) there are several other elements that tickle my fancy, like the mouthwatering crabcakes and the best prime rib I've ever had! It is definitely worth the drive for a pleasant experience EVERY time!!

If I was a cow, I would be privileged to be a steak at Firebirds!. My boyfriend and I frequent the Firebirds restaurant in Chandler because it has such an inviting atmosphere, the food is amazing, and the service is spectacular! You truly feel like you are in a ski lodge in Colorado- it's like taking the vacation my boyfriend and I never get around to but way easier on the wallet! The steaks are to die for, grilled to perfection over an open flam that makes my stomach growl just thinking about it! The bleu-cheese sirloin (my boyfriend's fave!) is absolutely scrumptious and you have to try the sesame salmon (with fried spinach that melts in your mouth!). Aside from the service, the service is outstanding! The servers are attentive yet not overwhelming and even the chef came over to see how everything was! After going to Firebirds, every restaurant pales in comparison! Utterly fantastic!

A. I regularly dine out in the Chandler area, and I have tried just about everything. As I have tasted the cuisine of most restaurants, I have created a personal repertoire of those that stand above the rest, and this is one of them! A restaurant that seems like it should be nestled in the heart of Aspen, Firebirds has an ambiance that will take you away from the craziness of the Valley and into a world of culinary bliss. The scent of the wood-fired grill fills the restaurant, foreshadowing the delicious meal you are about to embark upon. Signature dishes like the lobster spinach queso appetizer, the delmonico steak and the herb roasted prime rib are guaranteed to become quick favorites. The service by far surpasses any other restaurant in the area with a friendly and knowledgeable wait staff, from servers to the bussers to the managers. Overall, it's a great place for a romantic evening, a night out with the family, or a business lunch with clients.
