Salon Lemon. Mike at Salon Orange was highly recommended. I made an appointment, the on the day of the appointment, I received a call that he was out sick, this is understandable and acceptable, people get sick. I rescheduled for the next day and showed up at my appointment time and was told he wasn't in and no one else was available, this was not acceptable. I should have received another call to reschedule, but didn't.

I think a better name would be salon Lemon! I have a real sour taste after that experiance, I won't go back!

Kids Not Welcome. I have had my haircut 3 times at Orange Salon and Gretchen has always done a fine job. My wife and I are busy professionals and as a result I often have to bring my kids along as I do errands. I have previously brought my kids to Orange Salon, but this time Patrick informed me that I can't bring my kids back. No, they were screaming etc.

As a result I won't be able to come back. Good haircut not a friendly place though. Very cold and unwelcoming

Left several times with wet hair. Orange Salon is a very cold, uncomfortable, and has an industrial feel; not a very relaxing place. I like to make time and pamper myself, being a stay-at-home mother, my time away is precious. I have gone to Orange Salon several times, however I will not go back. Once I get inside, I can't wait to leave.

Gretchen was my hairdresser. I was told she is fabulous at cutting curly hair. The first haircut was okay, the second was one of the best cuts I have ever had, and the third was down right atrocious; very inconsistent. My third visit, I asked Gretchen to please dry my hair throughly as she always lets me leave with damp hair (hate that!). She told me she may not have time and would check to see when her next appointment was. She never checked her schedule, but I still left with my hair more soggy than normal. Doesn't a cut & style normally involve blow-drying? (Especially since her fee is $65 for a cut & style.)

After the last visit, I went home to blow-dry and re-style my hair, but there was so much product in my hair, I had to get in the shower and wash my hair again. Fool me once, shame on you...fool me twice, shame on me!

Advertising misleading. After moving to Gilbert kept seeing Orange Salon in the Go Gilbert Magazine. With all the glossy images you would think - "nice, quality etc." When I arrived to my appointment I was impressed by the modern image of the salon and staff that greeted me. Started to get excited. After that - not so good. Was handed to Gretchen who is credited in the magazine pictures. First impression, "this person is trendy? going to do my hair?" She didn't fit the trend or beauty image at all. After consult - Lane was to do my color. Sorry, but we are not in LA or NY - why two people? Is staff not qualified to do all services? In the end - color was good, cut not so good.

Met my next door neighbor after a month in my home. We chatted about things - Orange came up when I told her I just had my hair done. She said, "yes - went there too - same cut as you and I haven't gone back." Seems like the cuts are all the same.

Not willing to pay trendy costs for cookie cutter work. Nice looking salon, great location - just need to get better stylist.

Love it. I was referred to Orange Salon by one of my friends. I origianly went in for a hair cut, but ended up getting the works. My color was beautiful and my hair has never been easier to style. The staff was very personable and current on todays styles. I also had seen Joy for a facial, what an amazing touch. Highly recommed it.

A great place!. I had almost given up finding a local spot and resigned myself to go back to Scottsdale for my cut and color. Lane gave me a fabulous color and Kristie gave me a fabulous cut. The prices were a pleasant surprise, as I paid less than I had been at other Gilbert-area salons for a much better quality cut and color. Appointments were easy to get, the staff was courteous, and this was an all-around great experience. I highly recommend it!

Great new salon !. I just recently moved into the Gilbert area, and found out about Orange Salon through "Go Gilbert" magazine. I had my hair cut by a guy named Pearce, I have to say I really LOVE my cut ! I was afraid I would have to keep driving to Scottsdale for my hair, but now I won't ! The salon is so modern & fresh. I HIGHLY recommend this salon.
