Great sushi, value. If you must be where the cool people are for a good sushi happy hour go to Stingray. If you want a much bigger happy hour sushi menu to choose from, 2 for 1 specials on Monday and weekends (normal pricing seemed reasonable anyway), great quality fish with good portions, and you're not afraid of dining with seniors and families, this is for you. We found the rolls inventive (we especially liked one with rice paper), tasty (esp the spicy tuna), chef was cordial, portions great. Very nice experience, will definitely be back. We have been there at least a dozen times now, service is generally very good, five star for experience, quality and value .

tried but failed. I wanted to love the food based on the reviews I read, but I cannot in good conscience leave a decent review. The service was decent, and the staff was friendly, but I found the sushi to be subpar. Both times the tuna tataki was pungent and tasted fishy. I hope your experience is better than mine, but be forewarned.

Best sushi in the Valley!. This restaurant is a drive for me, but it's worth it! I think it has the freshest and best sushi in the Valley! The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is fun and the prices are reasonable. I've been here with a large group twice (around 30 people) and the staff was extremely attentive! There's a lot of flexibility with a group - from where you sit, to the menu, etc. They are more than willing to make sure everyone in your party's expectations are exceeded!

When I think sushi there is only one place, Sushi Satori. My wife and love the signature Satori roll w/ pickled wasabi. Love it! Love it! It's hard to pick a favorite from their amazing menu. I highly suggest joinging their email family for cool events and tastings. Go!

Best Sushi in the Valley-Attentive Staff and Relaxed Environment. Looking for excellent, fresh sushi-go to Satori. Chefs are creative and attentive to individual requests. Fantastic place for couple or large group dining. Highly recommended!

Best Sushi in Greater Phoenix Area. Great atmosphere - very welcoming with great ambience. The menu is reasonably priced especially with the quality and variety offered. Did you know there are three kinds of Wasabi (first time we have seen all three at a restaurant)? While we have eaten at a number of Sushi restaurants from LA to NY to Boston - this was superb and top notch. Highly recommend this for the casual Sushi eater and the refined palate as well.

Best Sushi in Arizona. Satori Sushi is the best overall sushi in town. The atmosphere is great, the service is great, and the food is phenomenal. Those of you that have not eaten there.......I highly recommend it.

Great experience. While visiting Scottsdale we came upon Satori Sushi. Gald we did. Excellent sushi, friendly service that made us feel like a local. The place was full and fun! This was a weekday experience...can't imagine the weekend fun. When back in Scottsdale we'll be back.

Best Sushi in the Valley!. I have been a regular since they opened last year and can't get enough of their menu! All the usual suspects and many specialties only found at Satori. I'm not an expert on grades of fish but Satori must have the absolute top of the line, the quality at other sushi restaurants just doesn't come close.

The staff are extremely knowledgeable and accomadating plus they truly make you feel welcome and appreciated.

Great views of the McDowell Mts. and a nice patio as well. Dining inside can be toned down or as lively as you like, all together a very warm atmosphere!

Try it, you will be happy you did!

Got to have the blue fin tuna. Fish is always fresh with lots of specials and original creations. The atmosphere is friendly and fun. The staff is knowledgeable and the envirnment is comfortable.
