Salon Pelu is now BEAUTY BY VICTORIA (BBV) -- Awesome Place!!. Curtis Blue is now at BBV! Curtis does the best color and cut I have ever had! Everywhere I go people compliment me on my hair--the colors (he makes it look so natural) and the way my hair flows and bounces. If you want to look like a bombshell then you should go see Curtis Blue :) It's great that he's in old town Scottsdale too--much more convenient for me (but I would travel anywhere to get my hair done by him!)
