lets start out with they ARE NOT IN MESA!!! that should have been my first clue, that they are not were they say they are they are in Phoenix and the flowers are horrible..they didn't last at all and the replacement was just as bad.Don't Use them you'll be sorry

VERY disappointed with the daisy & rose arrangement that I received today! A lot of the white daisies were very sad looking, NOT fresh, and the pink roses weren't anything like the picture! They put the arrangement in a purple vase, in place of a "pink" one, that it was supposed to come in! Working in a florist, I KNOW that floral arrangement are supposed to be delivered looking-like! The roses shouldn't have "any" dead petals on them!

My boyfriend ordered a bueatiful FTD trademark arrangement but what they delivered was nothing like what he ordered. It was sopose to come with a pretty ceramic vase but instead they used a cheap plastic vase. The arrangement looked like a child put it together and none of the colors of the flowers were right. It just did not not look healthy or pretty. When i called them they did offer to retry and send a new one like he ordered. What they brought absoluately DID NOT resemble the bouquet that he ordered either, it kind of looked like a plant with a few flowers that were the wrong color. No one at work liked it either, it just looked odd and strange. I have had flowers in my lifetime but this is by far the worst florist ever. I really think if they could not produce a signature FTD arrangement they should have decline the order and let another florist take the order.

They were great!. Arizona Family Florist was so great! I had a last minute order for a corporate event that required 5 huge arrangements. They were so understanding and made them immediately for us, and they looked awesome! They event went out of their way on the route and delivered same day by the time our event started. I will not hesitate to use them again for any work or personal event. They have the best customer service around, I'd highly recommend them to anyone who needs great looking arrangements and awesome people to work with!

Exceeded My Expectations. A week ago last Thursday, we ordered an extra large arrangement to sit on our table for an expo. We gave them 3 hours to have it ready. The flowers were stunning!

It was so much more than we expected. The flowers fragrance filled our booth and so fresh that they lasted more than a week. I read some of the bad reviews and I am surprised. Could it be sour grapes from other florists?

I won't hesitate to use Arizona Family Florist again. Service and arrangement were excellent!

Horrible Service, Moldy, Hairy Chocolates!!!. Go somewhere else!! I ordered through FTD, beware if they use Arizona Family Florist as their local vender. Sent flowers and chocolates today and the chocolates had hairy mold all over them! I called to complain and they could care less. To make it worse, the chocolates arrived in a red heart box, its Sept. 1st... were these chocolates from last Valentines Day???

I only gave them one star because it said a rating was required to publish, otherwise, they get ZERO!

Don't order unless you want to poison your recipient

Keep your money. OMG - I ordered a $60.00 Christmas arangement for my girlfriend thru FTD(the price including delivery was $78.00) The description and picture shows there to be 14 roses - what she got was 6 in a small red sqaure vase. I called FTD and they had AZ Florist send out the corrected bouquet - it was the same thing!

I called FTD back and told them that I had both bouquests picked up and to refund me my $. THen I told them to never use AZ Family florist again! -

Horrible, horrible customer service.

Looked like a handfull of weeds. I received an arrangement today from Arizona Family Florist via 1800Flowers.

They are, without a doubt, the worst looking flowers I have ever received.

In shock, I checked the 1800Flowers website, not believing that this would be an arrangement that anyone would mean to choose. I was right.

The picture of the arrangement online was lovely. The arrangement was full, the flowers were actually open & healthy, and the colors complemented each other--none of which was the case in what I received.

I received these flowers due to a recent injury and they are one in several bouquets I received. This was the only arrangement that was not beautiful. I won't mention the other florists, but I believe that it is safe to say that anywhere is better than Arizona Family Florist.

if you want old, dead flowers, order from AZ Family Florist. My boyfriends buys me flowers regularly - sometimes from 1800flowers and other times just from the Safeway down the street. He recently sent me a bouquet from 1800flowers that was processed through AZ Family Florist. I got msg from my office receptionist at 1:37pm that flowers were delivered for me. By 3pm, when I picked them up, the roses were already drooping with wilted, dead, and browning petals. By 4pm, the rose petals were falling off. Seriously? On Day 1? Called 1800flowers who contacted the florist. They redelivered another arrangement the next day at 10:30am. This one looked better but flower petals started falling off that afternoon.

This outfit uses old, wilted flowers. There's no doubt about it, and it can't be a coincidence on 2 consecutive deliveries. If I upload the pictures here, I will. There's no excuse. Yes, it's over 100 here, but come on, this is ARIZONA. If you can't stand the heat, don't be a florist in Arizona. When ordering from 1800flowers, be sure that your order isn't sent through Arizona Family Florist unless you want to pay a lot of money for pathetic, old, dead flowers.
