Overall our experience was easy. The salespeople were not pushy or overbearing. They were knowlegable regarding their product. We were there several times before we purchased the car and never felt pushed, rushed or like they were tire of us! They spent a lot of time showing us the features, answering questions, test driving, etc.
As usual the service experience was very good. I plan to go back for my next service. I experience no service maladies of any kind.
We purchased a new Mazda CX9 after three weeks of looking for the right car at the right price. Ironically enough this was our first stop to look at vehicles and it ended up being where we bought our car. We went to almost every dealership looking and test driving small SUVS/Crossovers and always kept in touch with our sales person, Chris. It was very nice that we could text him if we had any questions since sometimes we were at work and needed to talk. He would check in on us every few days but wasn't pushy. We knew it was meant to be when I decided I wanted a white CX9 with certain options and the very next morning that identical vehicle I wanted was brought to the lot (straight from the factory!). Chris knew I was a bargain hunter and jumped to their lowest price, the price that if I found the vehicle somewhere else even a dollar cheaper he couldn't lower it any more. It was nice not to haggle back and forth. I had brought my parents to see the vehicle before purchasing and another sales man, Matt, was kind enough to show my parents the features even though he knew I was working with Chris. Gabe was also very polite to us every time we came in. I like that they can work in a team setting and not cut throat for someone’s business. I’m happy with my purchase and experience.
My car would not start on a Monday morning. As I was using my wife's car to jump it, I was on the phone with Steve, who said that he could 'accommodate me and to bring it on in'. I told him I was the guy with 'the two Mazda 6s' and he knew automatically who I was. I dropped my car off for the day, although it was finished that morning. The battery was under warranty so there was no charge. Steve recommended some other services for the next time I come. Overall the usual great experience here...that's why I stopped taking my cars to places other than Cardinale (except for an oil change)
I was extremely satisfied with the customer service that I received this past week. Nick was very friendly and helpful in resolving the problem that we had with our CX-9. Not only was he clear and prompt about everything; his person ability was impressive. I would recommend using his facility to others. He was a pleasure to work with.
