Chris personally called me soon after receiving an online interest inquiry from me. He promptly told me that he had a car I might be interested in at a great price. He was not pushy, instead giving me the information and listened when I told him that I would think about it and call back. I had to work until 8 PM that night, AND it was the night before Thanksgiving. Even so, he had the car ready for me to test drive and stayed until 11 PM so that I could drive home with my new car in time for the holiday. Every time I go in to the dealership and see him, he greets me personally and asks about the car and how I like it. I love it. I sent my parents to Cardinale Way to by their new Mazda3 and they too were very happy with the straight forward and friendly attitude of the dealership and their employees.
This is a dealership that will not be
beaten. Working with Matt Shelton was a no pressure experience. I went looking for a sporty car and had been looking at the Mazda 3. Upon my arrival Matt assisted in showing me new and used vehicles that fit my needs. When I found a new Mazda speed 3 Matt assisted in telling me the in's and out's of the car. As I test drove the car it fit my needs however it did not have the package that I wanted. Matt did not attempt to pressure me to buy this car instead he explained that he would find what I was looking for (color and package). Over the next week Matt stayed in contact via email (as I had requested him to do) and informed me that he had found the car I wanted. During the time my bank's dealer had contacted me informing that they had the same car. Being that the bank had an incentive pricing program I contacted Matt to see if he could adjust the price. Not only did Matt match the price his sales manager Gabe beat it.
When I arrived to purchase the car Matt informed me that we could also look at different finance options other than my pre-approval from my bank. When I spoke with the finance manager he was able to get me a better intrest rate. Needles to say I got the car I wanted, a better intrest rate and personal attention.
CardinaleWay Mazda is the best overall car buying experience that have had in the past 10 years! Matt Shelton was by far the best consultant that I have worked with. I suggest that you contact this dealership and ask for Matt Shelton if you want great no pressure buying experience.
Best car buying experience we ever had! My husband and I buy new cars ever three years or so and its generally a long tedious process -- reviewing cars on the internet, test driving the top four or five, getting to the price we want and walking if we don't get where we feel we need to be. It wasn't the case with with this car purchase-- straight forward approach from the sales team- (Johnny,Scott and Gabe). They found the car we wanted, at the price we expected and it was delivered in top condition.
