Poorly trained, aggressive employees

We have been going to this car wash since Vito first opened it and through several owners before Genie purchased it. While the car wash itself has always been good, we have found the personnel to be increasingly aggressive over the past 5 years. They always try to sell peripheral services such as new windshields while waiting in line, even if you don't need them. Today they were pushing windshield wipers. After my husband had to say 'no' for the third time to different salespeople, he became angry and left exasperated. As he left, he noticed the young man was laughing at him. They seemed to think it was funny to harass senior citizens. I called and the manager defended his employee and their practices. It's too bad the management of this wash is ruining a good facility and location with poor training and attitudes.

Grammar and Spelling a must!!!

LindsayLoo...I understand you had a bad experience at the carwash and my critique is intended with the most respect, but in the future, you might want to have someone check your grammar and spelling before submitting a bad review. You will be taken more seriously.

Some suggestions below?

Two words, DISHONEST and UNPROFESSIONAL, from the moment I arrived until the time I drove away. I was greeted by some creepy dude who totally googles [ogled] and hits [the site will not let me use the same word without an s to you have to figure that one out on your own] on me, then promises [promised] to have my vehicle detailed in an hour to an hour and a half. Almost three hours later, I get [got the] keys to my greese [grease] smug [smudged] covered [leave covered out] car. During the three hours I see [heard] employees use profanity, take $ from the cash register, complain about not getting some raise, and speak to one anouther [another] about me in Spanish [Spanish] (assuming I suppose that I do not understand) [assuming I don?t understand]. After getting lines [excuses] from different employees and managment [management] about how they had cars break down [breakdown], or I [that] wasn't actually told an hour and must be [have been] confused, [new sentence] I asked for the owner and was refused any contact info. I tell [told] a few friends and neighbors and get [heard] all kinds of similar storys [stories]. It's worth the drive to go anywhere else.

what a joke

obviously, the owners wrote any good reviews about this carwash. i took my vehicle there and recieved a far less than average carwash. i came in 15 min. before the wash was to close and they said that they could not do the oil change due to the fact that they had already cleaned the oil pit. what type of carwash would refuse service while still open. the wash itself still took 40 min and they missed everything. by the way, i don't feel presure at all at danny's and how funny is it that they mention danny's. danny sold one of their locations to them in scottsdale and it sounds like they are trying to drum up some buisness
