Property Management with a personal touch

When I purshased my condo in AZ three years ago I was fortunate to quickly find Property Sales and Management. From the beginning, I have been very pleased with the efficiency and accuracy of their work. They continue to professionally handle all my property needs; from tenant selection, tenant complaints, property repairs and services, and my own questions and concerns. When I visited my condo last year for the first time, I was able to meet Jason Roggensee. He was as professional and helpful in person as he had been over the phone for the previous two years. He even gave me directions around Gilbert and meet me with the key to my condo. I am thankful for the service this company provides to me.

• Pros: Very professional, knowlegeable and helpful
• Cons: Prices recently went up for the service of securing new tenants

Reliable and efficient.

I live out of state and wanted a management company that could handle all situations. I was looking online and I found Property Sales & Management.

I needed efficient people but I also liked the fact that there were no hidden fees like most of their competitors (for rent sign fees, advertisement fees, processing fees for each new tenant when there is a new lease). They are very professional and always answer any emails or calls promptly.

• Pros: easy no $$$ surprises
• Cons: It took a little while to found a tenant, but again the market is currently very slow

Managing My Gilbert, AZ Rental

After trying unsuccessfully to rent the property on my own for many months, I decided to look for a professional management company. After seeing Property Sales & Management listed on the Chamber of Commerce website - I thought I would send them an email. To my amazement, a representative responded almost immediately. Given the fact it was a holiday weekend - I was impressed. From that point forward I have had nothing but positive experiences, my property rented in less than 10 days - and I have never regretted my decision.

• Pros: Very Easy to Deal With - Knowledge of the Area
• Cons: Somewhat Expensive
