Trustworthy!. I was concerned about finding a reputable jeweler who would size my 100 year old hand-made antique ring. After reading the good reviews on Citysearch, I decided to give Diamond Market a try. I spoke with Ben who was extremely knowledgable and patient. I was able to come in that day and wait while they worked on the ring. An extremely pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend Diamond Market!!! Wonderful staff and excellent work!!!

Outstanding Service and value! The best in Phoenix!. I went here on a recommendation from a friend looking to buy a birthday present for my girlfriend. The customer service was excellent. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and the sales staff was extrememly helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Since I don't have much knowledge when it comes to jewlery and diamonds, the owner, Ben, helped me choose the perfect piece. Ben knows his stuff! He was honest and upfront, answered all my questions and helped me to custom design a gorgeous piece for my girlfriend. It turned out beautiful and the price was very reasonable. My girlfriend loved the earrings and I would never go anywhere else. Excellent prices and excellent customer service!

Great selection, Excellent service.
I came in around noon. there were a few customers in the store but a sales rep quickly greated me. I had to wait about 5 minutes to be served on.the girl that helped me gave me her full attention and we spent about 45 minutes looking through their rather large diamond stud collection till we found the ones I likes. Ive been shopping for these for a few days now so I pretty much knew what I was looking for, and they had certified stones, which made it easier for me to know what Im getting. I got a very good deal compared to other stores I've been to, but it was still not cheap.for the same price if I would have shopped in the mall I would have gotten alot less.
Very friendly and no presure salespeople.
