Hung up on Me too. The Dispatcher just hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. I tried to call back and of course no answer because he knew he hung up on me.

I knew the owner years ago and at that time he was a nice fellow he was a customer where I worked.

Think it may have been him on the phone.'

just horrible service. I would not call if I were you....

Never again!. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

On the night of 10-18 I called to be picked up in Tempe and was hung up on! Thinking that I had lost service, I called again and no answer. I tried from a different phone and was answered right away but once again hung up on. I really needed to get home! I was going a long way so I had asked for a quote - I wanted to be sure I could cover it and still be able to tip.

I use Sunrise an average of 2-3 times a week but never again will I call them. I feel really bad for their drivers. Almost all of them are lamenting the lack of pickups and noting how business is slow. Being from the service industry as well, I thought I could relate.

But nope - their dispatcher isn't taking calls for them.
