Use to be better. I recently went to Swift and don't have anything good to say about my visit. I watched two employees argue about who was going to fuel my plane. I fly a Lear 35 so both of them should of fueled it. After the argument one guy begrudgingly brought a fuel truck over to me. He took forever and had a poor attitude. He said nothing to me after he was done and quickly took off. I expressed my concern inside about this. The lady was nice to me, but didn't care that I was treated rude by the other staff. She said something like "Oh Well, We all have out bad days"

I haven't been to Swift in a few years before this but use to go to there all time and never really had a problem. I guess this place has just gone downhill

Wasn't impressed. The canopy was nice, but I was waiting for coffee and ice, fuel, and a window cleaning for a long time. There was three people that were just standing around talking. As I waited the other guys were rushing around helping other planes. I kept looking at the people standing around waiting for service. They went their separate ways ignoring me and what I had requested. Finally a truck pulled up to fuel me, I requested my ice and coffee again. 10 minutes later I finally got it but had to leave with a dirty windshield. Poor service in my mind.

The BEST FBO in Phoenix. I have nothing bad to say about Swift Aviation in Phoenix. Every time we fly in there we have a great experience. We used to fly into Cutter but their service is not what it should be and at Swift we always feel valued and important. They have a huge canopy on the ramp which is so nice to park your plane under on those hot summer days. I have never seen a more unique and eye catching lobby. You really must check it out.
