HORRIBLE - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.
I bought nearly $5k worth of furniture from this store and regret every penny of it. From start to finish, this was the worst experience possible. The salesman tried to sneak an extra $500 onto our contract because he miscalculated after we agreed to the purchase. The store wouldn't refund us this unapproved charge, and instead gave us a $500 in-store credit. We got a call a week before delivery date saying only half the furniture was available and it'd be another month before the rest was. A tech was supposed to come to "immediately handle any issues" with each delivery, but he didn't show up and we had to wait 2 days for him to come fix the multitude of imperfections. One of which being a piece of our sectional that was lived in, clearly off the sales floor and used-looking/feeling. When the bedroom set finally came, the movers broke it in a way we didn't see until after they were gone, and then refused to come back and fix it because they were "out of the area." We were told we'd have to wait another week! The manager refused to help and threatened that if we tried to return the furniture, she'd take back our $500 credit and make us pay it. The corporate office claims they can't do anything because it's a franchise. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I look forward to reporting this to the BBB.
