HORRIBLE customer service!!!!! I went in here to sign up for a package early one morning and the chubby brunette girl at the counter rushed me so she could get back to her phone call!! I refuse to tan here because of the ignorance I was shown when I was going to spend my money there.

Good Deals, Friendly Staff... OK mystic. I drove quite a ways to frequent this particular salon. They have really good deals. The best is that if you "own" a tanning package you can tan at certain times during the week at their "happy hour" price without using your packaged tans. Example, I have a package (not a monthly VIP as other places require to become a "member", I have little time so the unlimited monthly is a waste of my money) just a 10 tans for dollars. When I tan during happy hour I can purchase a tan in a GREAT bed for $5 without using one from my package! It's a great deal and makes your packages last forever! They also run really good specials on lotions and the girls who work there are friendly and helpful. I've used all their upper-level beds and they are in good repair and give good results.

They did recently change their mystic solution. It smells better than the old one but doesn't get as dark or last as long. It's still a great option when you need a tan fast. Make sure you ask them how to use the blending cream if you've never done it before- they are happy to help.
