I have been a member with SUNCHAIN fo rmany years. I frequent alot of their multiple locations. Every SUNCHAIN I have been into has had a PASSIONATE per behind the counter. If you wnat a educational tanning salon this is the only salon to go to. Their MYSTIC is the guaranteed to have the PREMIUM MYSTIC solution in it. They offer pampering baskets to all their members at no additional charge for MYSTIC or regular Tanning. If you want an experience to dye for go there!!!!!!!

Pros: ALOT OF ED

2 Star Rating: Below Average

I bought a monthly Mystic Tan membership last Summer at this Sunchain location. While the staff is very friendly and knowledgable, the Mystic Tan machine is quite old (from the 1990's?). The Mystic Tanning room is very basic and "blah", with harsh fluorescent lighting and old carpeting. The room contains the basics: old towels; disposable shower caps and lotion for your hands and feet. Sunchain staff really pushes the sales of its Hypertan, which was $6.00 for a tiny little capful at my last visit a few weeks ago. In order to get Mystic Tans at a reasonable price, I bought a membership where they charged my credit card each month for 4 visits (I believe it was $35.00...I don't remember). This is fine, except if you cannot make it into the studio 4x in a month, you lose the sessions. (I had them put it on my credit card, because I did not want it going against my checking account). All in all, there are better studios in town (most notably Diva Tanning Salon), which is a shame for a large tanning chain like Sunchain. They need to put some money into their tanning studios; they are in desperate need of a makeover!!!

Pros: Decent Price

Cons: Must buy a membership for a decent price per session; studio needs renovation.
