I should have read these reviews cause then I wouldn't have wasted 2 weeks in trying to book a bus. I contacted them asking for quote which was pretty reasonable considering they would have to travel from AZ to CA. I talked to them briefly on the phone to understand what the steps were in order to book a bus and the final result was just email Brandon Fulton back with confirmation that we were going to reserve it and they would send over a contract shortly. I waited a day and then contacted again and was told by him that a contract is on it's way. Then 3 more days go by and he tells me they don't have a driver so they will let us know. I contact them the next day asking if they found one he contacts me back a day later saying just want to confirm it was for 5,000 I go yes will the contract be coming he sends me an email saying thanks. I'm think what is that a yes, no. Finally He sends me an email of an invoice and says fill this out. Fill what out? There is no place for a signature or any information. I send an email with no response and then he contacts me asking if I still needed the bus with only 2 days before we need to take off. Needless to say we went another company who was fabulous, professional, and quick to respond. My overall question is, how does a company like this stay afloat in this economy when it's obvious they could careless about how they treat the paying customer…

Top of the line professional services, five star!!!. Our company has used USA Bus Charter for several years across the USA. It is very convenient to have a one stop service that can assist with all of your bus charter needs anywhere. The representative that I have worked with is always helpful and willing to work with me as best as they can. I have never had any problems and have rented more than 10 charters already. I will keep using them knowing that they are here to help and have a 24 hour emergency answering service.. I understand there is always the posability of breakdowns and 1 out of 10 would not ruin my relations ship with USA Bus Charter. Bottom line they area five star rating company.

Excellent Service! Would Call Again.. I'm not sure why others on here have written the reviews they have. Our school has used USA Bus Charter several times since 2005 and we have always received exceptional service. Their service is similar to that of Hotels (dot) com in that they don't own the hotels and USA Bus Charter does not own the buses, they make this perfectly clear in their contract. What they do for us is provide us with hassle free reservations and support and some of the best pricing around. Yes, if there is a problem they do get involved and try and rectify it but buses are mechanical and sometimes things happen. We've been fortunate that over the past 4 rentals we have had, the largest issue was a toilet that stopped working after a 4 day trip but was quickly repaired. USA Bus Charter is our one stop source for the best buses nationwide, thanks guys.…

DON'T USE USA BUS CHARTER!!!!!!!. This Company is unreliable,untrustworthy and not honest. Do yourself a favor and hire a company that actually owns and operates their own buses. USA will 'arrange' a bus for you and then not take any responsibility for anything that goes on with the bus. I charted a bus through this company and when I encountered serious repair issues they said the sub contracted bus company had to deal with the issues. In fact I didn't get the courtesy of a return call or email response while the bus was broken down on the side of a road. Run far and fast from USA Bus Charter. Call any other bus company for help. DO NOT and I mean do not deal with USA Bus Charter you will be highly disappointed and probably broke if you do. This is a 'no star' company. "EH" is too good a rating for their prices, services and responsiveness.…
