Healthy and Delicous!.
Zoe's Kitchen is fresh, healthy and delicious! Most restaurants can say they are healthy, but Zoe's really is. They offer 9 menu items under 400 calories and 10 grams of fat, and also have heart-healthy and carb conscious dishes. The protein power plate is good after a workout - a grilled chicken breast atop of their delicoius marinated slaw.
Zoe's has a Greek flair, and uses feta cheese in most of their dishes. The chicken is very fresh (never frozen) and is marinated for 24 hours in a Greek marinade. The slaw is to die for, and is very popular! It is made w/ a vinigarette instead of mayo, and has feta and scallions. They are also known for their chicken salad, which is plain and simple, w/ very little mayo b/c the chicken is so fresh.
I think Zoe's has a simple, fresh, and unique menu consisting of mostly chicken dishes, lots of feta, carmelized onions. There are grilled sandwiches, hot dishes such as kabobs and spinach quesadillas, as well as huge salads. They have fresh squeezed limeade and passionfruit green tea as well.
I eat at Zoe's several times a week, which is why I am an expert on their food! The service at McDowell is exceptional and it is always clean. Highly recommended for lunch, dinner and especially catering!!
