Never use Complete locksmith. I had called Complete locksmith for prices, spoke with a man and was told it was $32 after hour charge and $40 service charge. I agreed and ask for a locksmith to be dispatched. Shortly I received a call from the Complete locksmith service kid and was told it was $75 to come out, I questioned the price discrepancy and declined the service call. I called the Complete locksmith main office and spoke with a lady who said yes that the charge is $75 and I questioned the price discrepancy and was told there was no man there that I could have spoke to. OK, I guess you think I am stupid enough to believe such a ridicules thing, must have dreamed up the whole call with the man.

Then I got a second call from the Complete locksmith service kid who said yes it is $32 and $40 that I misunderstood because of his heavy Spanish accent. I agreed to let the locksmith come out. After the locksmith was done I was told it was $75, again I questioned the price discrepancy and he said he was with the heavy accent Spanish person when he spoke with me on the phone and that is not what I was told. So, I ask what makes him think I do not know what I was told and of course he would not listen and I didn’t know what I was talking about. OK, I guess you think I am stupid enough to believe such a ridicules thing, must have dreamed up the second call clarifying the amount. AND when writing out the charge slip he tried to make the 7 in the $75 look like an 8 to get another $10. It did not work, I informed the bank of it and had them watch my account do to the shaftiness of the Co.

I called the Complete locksmith main office back after being overcharged, at first it was busy and I could not get thru but when I did some bruiser of a black woman screamed and yelled at me. Great customer service. What a bad experience. Never use this companies ever they will shaft you.

Thieves. Have no real "Store".. all their various addresses and phone numbers are bogus. Just some sleazy MLM business, selling "locksmith" devices to young criminals, who show up and charge $200+ for three minutes of service.

Fly by night Con Artists. Showed up late in scummy little car not businesslike gave $250+ !!! estimate to open car door. Website says free estimate tried to charge $40 for decline estimate. You could break and replace a window for less than these scam artists. Stay FAR AWAY from these guys!!! Like previous said No business at given address

Honest & Fast. So, oftentimes in this world we are surprised by good customer service. Well, when 24/7 came to reveiw and discuss my security needs I couldn't believe the honesty they possess. Not only did they tell me the truth they also recommended very inexpensive methods to protect my business. I was ready to buy all kinds of elaborate locks and they flat out told me I didn't need them. How many businesses today would pass up easy money? Instead they have a customer for life because they gave me what I needed, provided great free advice, and did I mention how fast they are! Thanks, 24/7 for truly being a reputable business that understands what it takes to keep a customer for life and not just make a sale.
