I live in Michigan and discovered some very distrubing things being done to my grandchildren in Phoenix AZ. Hired ICS to obtain evidence to back up accusations made by grandchild. Only thing done by ICS was a computer name check! Charged $2000.00! Refused refund. Continuing with attempts to obtain refund with BetterBusiness Bureau of Phoenix. , by the way, I had to take a leave from job due the accusations were TRUE! Trying to keep grandchildren out of foster care.

Very Rude and horrible customer service. Investigators will try to avoid you as much as possible once you pay them. Bad Bad business...your case will never be resolved. Don't sign with them.
