Excellent Massage!. Brent has been my therapist for 2 years. He tends to my needs and keeps me well. I always feel safe and well protected in his care. He is extremely professional as well as courteous and friendly. He is always on time and always there. If I have issues he takes care of them. My best interests are always #1 with him and I appreciate that. Thank you Brent!!!

Outstanding!. "My left shoulder was giving me trouble, I carry my stress in that area, and she really was great at working out a lot of the knotting but at the same time made it a relaxing experience. Because of this massage I decided to become a member."

Excllent Massage! I can't wait to go back!. "My one requirement was to have someone who would address my need,and Mel was that person. He paid close attention to the information we discussed previous to beginning the massage. I left more than pleased because he not only targeted the areas I needed most, but also, used some techniques that had not been used on me before. It's been 24 hours since the treatment and I'm feeling much better. I look forward to coming back."

Love this!. "I have been going to the same therapist for months. She is very knowledgeable and makes me feel very comfortable. She is attentive to my

needs and provides great follow-up on areas of concern during and after session. She is very friendly. Receptionists at front were very lively, friendly, and had a smile on their face. They were polite and made the visit wonderful."

World Class Massage. My therapist was very professional and constantly communicated with me to make sure she was working the areas that i needed. All the staff i interacted with were very professional and helpful!

Customer service not good. I don't know why people advertise that they are great when they are not. All this place has going for it is their price that they advertise at in the beginning - and even the memberships are higher than that. The therapists are so young - how can they call them experts when they are right out of school? With so many people running in and out - no one focuses on ME! They claimed my therapist could do deep tissue massage - but she was so light.

Save your money .. go somewhere else...

Unhappy. I signed a one year agreement with Massage Envy and did not complete all my massages within that year, actually I had 5 more due to me when the contract expired. The only way they would allow me to get those 5 massages I paid in advance for was to sign another contract. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! I SUGGEST YOU DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACT!!! THIS IS COMPLETELY WRONG IN MY OPINION.

My first massage was a great eye opener to another way to take care of myself. I had never had a massage before and my girlfriend always recommended it to me. She finally set me up for an appt the other day. I was a little nervous to get a massage but from the time I walked in the door the front desk really made me feel comfortable. They sat down and explained how the session was going to work and really customized my session with a great therapist. Cristina was amazing. She got all of my knots out that I have had for years!! It was something that made me walking away feeling no stress what so ever. I was amazed at the was one massage could make me feel that I am going to keep coming back. Massage Envy ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A great experience. Yesterday I went into Massage Envy after receiving a referal from my Physical Therapist office that I go to. The experience from the time I walked into the door was amazing. I never felt so warm and welcomed to a facility before. They customized my session to fit my needs perfect. I let them know at the time of scheduling over the phone what type of massage I was looking for, which was more therapeutic and man did the fit it like a shoe. I was amazed by the experience that the therapist had and at the price I paid. No where else will you find a massage that good for that price!! The wellness program is also amazing that I had to sign up for it. I was also able to use my FSA plan through work, which made it even more flexible and affordable for me!! I would highly recommend it to everyone!!! Thank you Massage Envy
