I read some of the reviews and I was very excited to book my appointment. Unfortunately I was not pleased with my experience. I was in over the past weekend and I felt incredibly unwelcome when I arrived. The front desk seemed to be in disarray and the man at the front desk was incredibly standoffish. He asked for my name as if I was just another patient in the doctor's office. He made me feel uncomfortable as he tried to make small talk while walking me back. I'm sure he doesn't typically work the front desk and I suggest he tries not to as often as possible. When I got into my massage I was unnerved by the experience so far, but Bethany was AMAZING. She was so attentive and it was one of the best massages.She really listened to my needs and I was very relaxed when I walked out. Until I again got to the front desk where the same man was sitting there and didn't know what he was doing while checking me out. A spa doesn't run smoothly unless all the departments are functioning properly. I hope I went in on a day that was unusual.

I moved here from San Diego a few years ago. I am a very busy professional who does not have a lot of down time. Fortunately, I have turned Fridays into "my day" This past Friday I visited Revive Spa, where I was welcomed from the start. There was a man working the front desk, I was sure that he must be the owner or part of management. I was very impressed that he too, answers the phones and checks out the clients. They have a very peaceful waiting area where the therapist meets the clients; it is there where I was greeted by a very sweet skincare therapist named Joyce. She walked me back to a very well kept skin room. She even took the time to ask me a few questions about my skin. She explained that she wanted a good understanding of what my needs were before we began the session, that once I was on the table it was going to be "my time to unwind and relax". I can’t tell you how impressed I was with her attention to detail. Needless to say, I had an amazing facial with her! I would recommend Revive Spa to anyone in need of their OWN time! Thank you, Joyce and Revive Spa. See you soon-
