There are plenty of other repair options in Austin. This company provides a local address, but is out of state, and passes your problem off to a local contractor. That didn't seem like a big deal. However, when you have a problem, it becomes difficult to get a hold of someone. The customer service agents are rude and insist that you have an LCD problem, regardless of what's actually wrong with your computer. The individual who actually serviced my computer was nice, but mediocre in computer repair. Also, the company refuses to give you an actual quote on the price ahead of time. The service man has no idea what its going to be because "the company handles payment." I would not recommend this place to anyone. Find someone else. My computer is functional again, but I lost my entire hard drive and windows is now unauthenticated so it refuses to update. I will have spent $400 to make my laptop functional again and an additional $1,000 for a new computer that actually performs the way it should.
Pros: Quick
Cons: Over-priced, rude customer service

Our telecom affilate in Austin had a bad hard drive that neede to be repaired. They had a fellow at the location in under 2 hours. We were able to restore most of the data and with a second visit they upgraded our servers to the new system. We appreciate all the good work and highly recommend.
