Horrible Food Horrible service. The atmosphere is gorgeous but that is where it stops. This place has horrible service and even worse food. We were really excited to try this place out and we were really disappointed. To top it off, this place is WAY overpriced. Some one said that this place had affordable food. When the least expensive dish is $15 I dont call that affordable. I don't mind paying $20 a plate if the food is good but I could have bought a frozen meal at frys that tasted better! Do not go to this place, your better off at Olive Garden and they aren't that great either!

Best Authentic Itallian Food. The atmosphere of this restaurant was as if I was in a small cafe in Italy minus the TV's they had for sports. There were small decorations that were placed perfectly that added an Italian touch. The food really reminded me of a home cooked meal. What I mean by that is it tastes as if someone put a lot of time and effort into it. I ordered a pasta dish and everything from the sauce down to the noodles tasted great. Once I finished the pasta I was recommended the Tiramisu for dessert. Being the dessert lover I am, I ordered it. Now I have to say, I've tried tons of Tiramisu and this by far was the best I've ever had. This restaurant was the total package great food, service, and atmosphere.

Good Food - Bad Boys. The food here is quite good, atmosphere just so-so with blaring TV's. Not quite the Italy ambience one would expect. But what is quite disturbing, is to see the owner (Father) busting his butt, trying to run a first class establishment, while the 2 sons roam around dressed in dirty jeans and tee shirts, acting as if they are sooo bored and put out, just to be there. It makes you feel like you dropped in at someone's home and they make it perfectly clear by their demeanor that you most certainly Not Welcome. The owner needs to send these two brats to work at McDonalds. They are ruining a perfectly good family business. If you can get by this arrogant sense of entitlement (oops...that's right, it's the ME generation) then the food is super.

Great food and horrible service. It's hard to rate this restaurant. The food is excellent. The best I had outside Italy or my mother's kitchen, and, as an italian, that means a lot. The donwside is the service. I understand that they are very busy, but when it came time to sit us down, we had no utensils. We had to ask to take our drink order (didn't even get water). The food took about 30 minutes to be served after the waiter took our order. We had to asked for refills on our drinks. While we were waiting for our food, we had also had to ask for bread, which is normally seved right after sitting. We asked to speak with the owner (the chef), and the one taking care of us said that was him (his son), explaining that the place was under his name. He has one of the biggest egos I have ever seen but nothing to back it up. Just a spoiled kid with a chip on his shoulder. I most likely not be back but I will try to get it to go.

SOOOO NOT Recommended. Simply....

over price crappy food.

Service not great.

BUT

if red lobsert or the golden corral is your idea of Great Fine Dinning...then you might feel right at home.

Best Italian Food In Arizona. Baci's is now my favorite restaurant in the East Valley. The weekends have a wait and the exisitng building does not do the food justice. My favorite is the sausage calzone for lunch or the pasta in vodka sauce. Franky our waiter is the best there is!

We are looking forward to dinning in the new restaurant in June.

The owner Frank, also, is a treat to spend time with and always makes you feel at home.

We are looking forward to our next visit!

Will will never go back to Baci's!!!. I have never been treated so rudely in my life! First, we waited 1 1/2 hours to get inside. Then we were asked to stand in a hallway in the way of their servers and guests. 1/2 hour of standing. Once we were seated we waited probably 20 minutes to place our orders. And, another hour and a half later. . we still sat there. In the meantime, the bus boys had managed to splatter our party with food. When we asked for our food to got, because it was so late, the owner came out making rude, loud nasty remarks to us. We ignored him, but as we walked out, he continued to yell at us, even using profanity. We were in shock. . . so much we didn't even reply to him. The food was only average. . not worth being treated so rudely.
