One of the best chinese restaurants I have tried!. we have lived here for almost three years now and this is the best Chinese restaurant we have been to. They will substitute ingredients for you...have the best Hot and Sour soup I have tasted and is extremely clean. I have no idea why there is a one star review on this....We go about a once a month and each time it is wonderful! They work with me for a vegan meal and I appreciate it! The prices are reasonable and will make dinner items at anytime. Wonderful restaurant in my opinion!

Not the "Best". "Not the "Best" as I was led to believe by a previous review! I don't believe the quote on their website about having topnotch chefs is accurate or about price gouging. If there is a such a chef he must have the hat over his eyes! The food costed more than the quality that was served, that's definitely considered gouging! Although we ordered "take out" the restaurant seemed unclean and the atmosphere seemed to be as a secluded VIP room at your local cabaret, with the red carpet and everything. Don't get excited though the hostess was an older but polite person. Won't be returning!"

Fresh food, great service. We love Shanghai Club, both for the service and for the food. We love the black peppered beef, lo mein, and vegetables with white sauce (or chicken with white sauce), but I'm sure there are other good selections. The meat is always tender and fresh, and vegetables are of great quality.

We're very picky when it comes to Chinese food, and Shanghai is definitely the best in the area.
