I must say I had the opposite experience of some of the posters here. I've been to Salon Va Bella for a hairstyle/haircut and a Microdermabraision procedure. I've walked into the store several times to make appointments or get the brochure as well. They have a peaceful water fountain behind the front desk, and the receptionist was always very kind and polite. I like the feeling of going into the calming front desk area. They have special sections in the building depending on what you want. The body treatments and facials are given in private rooms with relaxing seats, music, and decoration. The nails and make-up are located near the front with a nice view of the outside. They have a separate side section for your hair needs. My hairstylist was this awesome lady named Crystal. She did an amazing job. The microdermabrasion was more painful than I thought, but it was my first time. I would gladly return to this place for the good prices, the great, elegant atmosphere, and the whole body services they offer.

I only had to go one time to decide I would never return. Sadly to say I was Shocked at how I was greeted by the owner. She was very high strung and came off very fake almost to the point I wanted to walk out of my hair appointment. I was looking around and noticed some thing kind off about the place and I asked the hair dresser what happened and was told that they had a fire and instead of reporting it and fixing it the owners covered it up. As I was leaving I felt that product that I didn’t need or want was being pushed at me. I can safely say that I will not be returning to have my hair done or my nails.
