Telemarketing practice that won't get customers -- avoid!. Someone called about a complimentary comparison and then hung up when I asked questions to clarify what was meant by that statement. He, Zach, asked how many T.V,'s I had. I don't think that anyone with any sense would answer that question by some stranger calling you. Called back to get my number removed. The next person I spoke to had no interest in the lack of professionalism and hung up abruptly too. Customer service continues to be overshadowed by the need to make money...
My experience with Satellite Visions.
They had an installer name Robert. He was pleasant and set up the various TVs the way I wanted them after a 2nd visit. But he left coils of wire behind furniture and rather than put a plate on the wall with a screw connector on it (neatly), so I could remove it one day, he put like a washer on the wall and the cable just came right out. I cut it off and put a wall plate on it and was able to screw a cable on to it, thus cleaning up the huge amount of wire left on the floor.
WORSE though, he put white plastic tie wraps outdoors to hold the cables onto the dish equipment. When he left I went outside and had a fit. So I put black ones alongside all the white ones. When he came for his 2nd visit I told him that the phone company practice dictated no white tie wraps outside cuz they become brittle. Robert told me I was wrong. Bit of a smug know-it-all.
Today I was out there and one of the white tie wraps had broken open. I pushed on the black one next to it and it was still as flexible as could be. So I have mixed feelings about these folks what with the messy installation and a guy who didn't know better about certain things, and then laughed at advice from the Bell System Installation Practice manuals. Hope Robert reads this.
DONT GET BURNED. THis is the worst company ever and you should not make this guys check. He will burn you if he can and is a thief does not pay anyone that works for him delivering those flyers on your door. Those people deserve to be paid. he also burns customers to the point that (CHANNEL 12 on your side) got called to investigate...Run for the hills...........................
Lies! Never Paid! Scams!. I delivered fliers for these guys for weeks with the promise of payment from Dan Evors and that he would make things right. Well he never has I have recieved no money! Put out thousand of fliers and now my children will have no christmas due to this creep. I worked hard and did the 500 flyers a day but he feels good at night knowing he has stiffed all these people. His phone number is 480-200-6870 he always is full of excuses on why you don't get paid but no are ever valid. He says no one ever calls and there is no sales. The guy that quit said I had aleast 3 he knew of. Dan's wife is the accountant so I am sure they are padding their pockets while the rest of us go without. He is not ethical or honest. Don't work for or use such a company that would steal from families during the holiday season.
