GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! "The manager"----so she says, will be more than happy to discourage your business by patronizing you, making up lies about slamming lotion on the counter (I hope the owner checks the surveillance tapes to see the false accusations his/her employee made towards me) and so conveniently NOT informing the owner of problems. I highly doubt in an economy like this the owner can afford to lose 1000's in business as myself and now-5 other individuals have terminated our business due to this employees' unprofessional behavior and poor managerial skills. Everytime I requested to speak with the owner; this employee would break into a full blown argument with me-making up excuse after excuse as to why she was unable to connect us....To think this all started because the "manager" was too lazy to see about availability of a lotion (which to be totally honest was what I thought her job was!) Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else--because at this rate the manager will probably turn around and tell you to clean the tanning bed yourself--NO JOKE!

Best beds and service in AZ. I have been tanning for years. I know tanning beds and everything that goes with it. I have been with Tan Factory on Raintree for 3 years. Stephen has a great store and staff. He strives for excellent customer service and is on top of the staff. The beds provide results and the prices are most reasonable around town. I bypass many other nearby tanning salons to go to the Tan Factory because of their service, price and friendly staff. Keep up the good job Stephen and Crew!

Best tanning in Scottsdale.. I came across the Tan Factory while I was getting my car washed in Scottsdale. The place was really clean and the girl at the front desk was really friendly and helpful in explaining the deals that they had. They had the best beds I've ever seen and got a really dark tan just after one time. The price is comparable to other places, but the salon was awesome and my tan was great! I'll definitely go back.

Watered down Mystic & horrible customer service. Save your $30. Avoid at all costs!!!. The Mystic solution was either watered down or low when I used it. Been Mytic-ing at other locations for 3 years with no problems. I saw zero results after a Tan Factory Mystic. Customer Service number is a voice mailbox that is full so you cant leave a message. Messages left at the location for the manager were never returned. Finally catching the manager on the phone at the location led her to tell me it must have been my fault. She didn?t want to see the results first hand or offer another Mystic. I was welcome to spend another $30 for a Mystic to see if its any better now. Tan Factory is ripping customers off and don?t care. All other Mystic locations I have used in North Scottsdale give great results & they will be getting my money for now on. Avoid the Tan Factory for Mystic tans. Save your $30 for a reputable company that is willing to stand behind their product and the results.
