I am sooo disappointed! Just received a call from Dolce saying they need to cancel my husband and my 90 minute massages due to someone calling in sick. Now, I can certainly understand someone calling in sick--BUT I MADE THESE APPOINTMENTS 3 WEEKS AGO..AND THIS IS THE 3RD CALL I RECEIVED SAYING THERE WAS ONE PROBLEM OR ANOTHER with our reservations..first they had to change who was doing our massages, then they had to change the time....and then they call me just a couple of hours before our massage---these were scheduled because it is our anniversary. I asked if we could either move up our appts or come into on Sunday--she said NO we are booked up..then I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor--she said they would not be in for 2 more days---I asked her "what do you do if there is an emergency--she said they do not want calls on their days off"..I replied is that how little they think of their regular customers!!

I have to say something must be going on at Dolce...so many of my favorite stylists and massage therapists have left in the last year....maybe Dolce is treating them all poorly!!!! The lady on the phone said she would have her manager call me on Monday---somehow I bet I will have to call them. What was really disappointing is that the person that called me today didn't say anything like we value you as a customer or we will make this good for you---there was one time they would of said that...........but now I have to think the management has changed because I have had soooooooo many disappointments in the last 3 months...I have actually lost count. I really hope they will get back to the old way of appreciating their customers....it really can be an awesome place...but I have to think some managerment changes are needed.

Love the facials. I had my first facial at the Chandler location a few weeks ago and had one of the best facials I have ever had. Nikki was a pro...she took the time to actually address my concerns instead of giving a generic facial with any old products. She made great recommendations on follow up care. I cannot wait to schedule my next facial with Nikki at Dolce Chandler.

Best place to get a facial!. I have been meaning to take the time to tell you about my "skin angel"

Diana M. in Chandler! I have been going to Diana for approx. 6 months for

moderate adult onset face acne. Before I had my first acne facial with her

I thought I had tried everything from topical creams to low dose

antibiotics, however, still had bad breakouts. Diana took the time to

truly examine my skin, and recommend a treatment regimen that truly works.

She is so knowledgeable about all the products available and really

understand how each one works and how they can be mixed and match to work

for virtually anyone. I went from needing almost 20 minutes of extractions

my first visit to only need one or two total extractions (about 1 min :-)

and no more antibiotics now. I see Diana on a monthly basis and now feel

as beautiful on the outside as I feel on the inside. I am in a occupation

where I have to speak in front of a lot people pretty often and now I am

exceptionally comfortable because I don't have to be embarrassed about my

skin. Thank you Diana for you knowledge, compassion, and overall caring

attitude! Dolce is lucky to have you on their staff!

BEST SALON!!. I love Dolce and I would and do recommend it to all. I love that they have great customer service. They're always giving back and helping the customers save. I love that they always have deals to make it more affordable to feel beautiful. They offer only high quality products and services. I like that when I go to get my eyebrows waxed they ask me how I want them and what i'm thinking. They're not like the cheap nail places that just take you in quick and don't say anything to you, or even ask you what you want. They just do what ever and don't even speak English. Plus, with Dolce deals you can pay the exact same price as the lower end salons. I love their deep conditioning treatments and basically everything about this place. They offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed. They're also open until 9pm most days.

Eyebrow Wax. I had an eyebrow wax done by Rhianna at the Chandler Location. Rhianna is amazing! She is an amazing artist that carefully shapes my eyebrows to match my face. Her work is of superb quality! I recommend her to anyone looking for a quality eyebrow shape! She is also amazing at putting on makeup! :)

Best Salon in the Valley. Let me start off by saying I LOVE DOLCE!! The level of service at Dolce Salon and Spa is fantastic. Every time I go there I am impressed by the professionalism of every member I have come in contact with. I honestly cannot say enough great things about the talent, atmosphere and the service in this salon. I love the the variety and quality of services. I always leave feeling and looking beautiful! This is the first time in my life I absolutely love my hair everyday. Thank you Jackie and the staff of Dolce!!

Far from Quality!!!. I have used several of the services at Dolcee. I can not tell you how many times I have had a bad experience. I am not sure why I go back but never again!!! The Hunie deals and the Groupons bring you in the door but truly you get what you pay for!!!

My recent experience was getting my hair done. The stylist was rude, short with me and my hair turned out far from what I wanted due to the lack of a proper consultation. I ended up having to go spend $150 at another salon to fix my hair. So in the end I spent double the time and double the money I would have if I went to a quality salon.
