Many screens to choose from and the Midwest centric menu has familiar choices for those of us tranplants. The service, however, is consistently poor. The wait staff is slow and and sometimes extremely rude. My friends and I had given up on this place last year, but I decided to give it a second chance and was very underwhelmed. I waited half an hour just to get a menu (which I ended up getting myself), the waitress got my order wrong and was extremely rude about correcting it, and I later saw them nearly maim someone when by dropping a beer bottle of the second level onto the floor.
Pros: Good Menu
Cons: Service Is terrible

My friends and I go to Upper Deck for all the big sports games! It has such a fun and relaxed atmosphere with great food and service! The owner at Upper Deck really knows how to cater to the many devoted sports fans that frequent this rare Arizona establishment. Upper Deck has a huge Super Bowl party each year that is a blast!!! There isn't a bad seat in the house and they always have a huge food buffet and great drink specials... I can't think of a better way to spend my Super Bowl Sunday!
