Foodies and regulars chat amongst the guests and the staff. Servers move from one cloth-covered folding chair to the next, making menu recommendations and sharing wine from the attached shop or from their own collections. Potstickers are sweeter here than their traditional gingered counterparts, and the fresh fish, such as a pistachio crusted red snapper, is complemented by sauces from calypso salsa to mango coulis.

Wonderful Experience. The food alone is good enough to get you back to this restaurant but when they add one of the Country's biggest wine lists for retail prices how can you beat it.

Atlas Bistro. This is perhaps the best restaurant in the valley. The food is exquisite, the service is fantastic, and the price is reasonable. The atmosphere is fantastic, filled with people who love good wine and food. AZ Wine Co. features the best selection of wine in the valley at the cheapest prices, which makes this BYOB quite convenient for the wine connoisseur. Dont let the exterior fool you, there is a treasure waiting inside!
