Happy with the Equipment, not so much with the billing.
I have been happy overall with their equipment. Most of the tanning beds are old and not at all as nice as the ones in some other locations, but they are just starting out, so give them time. What I am not happy with is their billing. I just decided for financial reasons to cancel my account and they have tried on three occassions to charge me for my monthly services. The first time they said it was the computer. The second I was supposed to be charged and then low and behold I go onto my bank and they have pulled another $100 out of my account. WTH. I did not appreciate the rudenss of the girl I talked to when I called either. I have already handed them hundreds for months I did not even go and now this???
