After 1 year of coming to this bar we will NOT be returning 1st of all the manager spy's on women when they go to the bathroom, and complain that she owns a company and that the patrons don't understand, 2nd she's old and needs to put more clothes on and stop making out with other woman at the bar she's not there to party yes she can have a good time but really? Last, if your an adult and lets say you bring a 19 year old they can't go in but if you have a child that is 15 or 16 you can bring them in on a concert night when people are drinking heavy. They also charged a cover charge last night for bands that really arn't worth the money if you want to go to a bar you should pay a little more and go to Brookside or another bar this old lady wants to know how to rum a good company don't do anything wrong like this and do your darn job! One star because the bartender's don't deserve to have no stars!…
Sunset strip playing tonight. We played here last month and had a great time. No issues with the staff. The beer was cold and the girls that work there are hot. Love it when they dance on the bar!! This is one of my favorite places to play.…
PLAY HERE GET AN I.O.U. My band has been in the Phx metro area over 12 years. The owners wife tries to cut the bands short on money regardless of their following. This is her MO used over & over again. An I.O.U. does not work when you do honest business with reputable people & bands. Yeah, that's right, she will tell you she'll just owe you the money she tries to short the band! My band does't play there, nor would we ever do business this way & I agree with the sentiment, spread the word. Phx has a awesome music community - no band deserves to be treated this way! Not the seasoned veterans & not the new comers.…

We love this place, have played here many times, and honestly can't say enough good about it! The owners, Carey and Eric are the best you could ask for, they treat us like family, have always honored
all of our contracts, and treat our fans amazing as well!
They have the valley's best sound and light system, and will make sure your band sounds great!

So I read another review about this bar. I was appalled!!! I have been there many times. This place is awesome!
They just had a benefit for Tumbleweed Youth Center, and the turn out was amazing. They collected a ton of things for the kids and raised good money too!
All the girls were dressed in cute little santa outfits and hot as hell. I am female myself, and some of them could eat crackers in my bed. lol
The staff is awesome. I have never had to wait for a drink. They dance and get the crowd involved.
Most of the bands are great too. There have been a few that were less than what was expected, but you can't win them all.....
As an ex promotor for another bar, it is very hard to find quality bands that are worth the money they ask for. Some of them will lie and say they have a great following, then have no one show up. Some of them will hand you a studio edited demo, then sound like crap on stage. Some of them have bad attitudes. And some of them will just not show.
I commend Octane for the majority of their bands being great!
Yes, the place is set up like a wharehouse, but the sound quality of it is awesome. That is part of the allure to this place.
Also, The owners, both husband and wife, are great. I have seen them personally take care of customers if the staff gets backed up. They want to see everyone happy. Plus, they will mingle and dance with you!!!
If you are looking for a fun place to party and play, I highly reccomend Octane Lounge.
