Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!. Their breakfast burritos are so small I couldnt really tell you if they are good...one egg and a sprinkle of cheese is not a burrito...oh..and their customer service is absolutely terrible!! When I asked why the burritos were all different sizes...they looked at them and said they're not. Seriously? How about saying...sorry your disappointed how can we fix this. They wouldn't even return the money !!! I mean, I know their store was empty...but they must have so many loyal patrons (especially being in a new location) that losing some doesn't matter. I support mom and pop stores...but not ones that treats me worse than their big box competitors.

Worst Customer Service. 1) Rinaldi's has the poor customer service. The old man taking orders was rude and degrading.

2) Rinaldi's has boring and bland food.

I will never return to this place again.

Great sandwiches!. This is a great place- the breakfast sandwiches are awesome, reminds of a back east deli, which is hard to find here- highly recommended.
