Nice people and friendly office on 16th and Thomas. I did not go to there other locations but the people and the phoenix 16h and thomas office were very helpful.

Grant You were Great. I was so pleasantly surprised and relieved to find out how easy it was to get my son released from jail. I was very stressed out when I called. The man I talked with was so very patient with me, even though I had to make him wait while I ran around in a dither searching for my purse, then AGAIN - as I looked for my credit card which wasn't in the purse I had just found! He never sounded annoyed with me, even though I would have been! He patiently waited for me to get my act together and then assured me he understood how stressful this can be.. He was very kind, courteous and professional. I breathed such a HUGE sigh of relief after talking with him....for the first time that day I felt things were under control. And, of course, he followed through just as he said he would. Hopefully I will NEVER have to use a bail bond company again, but, if I do, will most definitely use this one. A Plus for Service. i give them an A for there effortthe only compaint i would have is they need an ATM machine in the office for customersthe owner said he would look into that for me...aside from that Bail Bonds USA is a Great Bail Bond company in phoenix.

Fast Courteous Bail Agents in Downtown phoenix. I called this company at 4am on a sunday night after my daughter got arrested leaving the bars. She blew DUI and her bond was $1800. I spoke with a young man named Grant at the Phoenix office and he told me to come into the office and pay $180 and he could get my daughter out of jail...Boy was he right, she was released quickly and I felt like I got a great deal considering the time of night it was. I called several other companies before I found this one and they all hung up on me. I really appreaciate all they did for me and my daughter and would use them again if we ever needed bail.
