Just had a massage here and it felt more like a doctors office visit. They were running late on massages-- probably to be expected for a mid Sunday. But the solution to running behind was to start the massage late, skip any kind of meet/greet plan for the massage. Then end the massage early on some unlucky person to attempt to catch back up.

Side note: I've now had 4 massage envy massages and this was by far the worst. I've had student massages that were better. Part of this is who you request. All I'm saying is that not all people are equally skilled in massages, and I unfortunately got the short end of the stick. :/

Best Massage!!. "Elizabeth was wonderful. She informed me where my problem areas where and proceed to treat them with care. I expressed to her that I normally like deep tissue massages with hard pressure , I definately was not right about that and bit off more than I could chew. Fortunately for me Elizabeth could tell immediately that I need a more gently message just from reading my body signs. She completely lightened up the pressure

and gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. I signed up for the massage envy membership immediately and will definately be back because of her."

I've Never Had A Better Massage. "I was in so much pain when I came in, she listened to what I needed and adjusted my massage accordingly. I left feeling 100% better than when I came in. Truly the best massage I ever had."

Better that Anywhere Else. Nancy is the best--I moved to Scottsdale and I still drive to the Chandler mall location b/c she's the best and I would never stray! :)

excellent customer service. Everyone at Massage Envy was so nice and easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable from the minute I walked in and my consultant and massage therapist were so helpful. I felt great and had a wonderful morning. I instantly signed up and became a member just minutes after my massage.

Hours perfect for a busy Mom!. I went to Massage Envy on Chandler Blvd and the 101 yesterday. I called at about 8:15am and wanted to get in for a masssage before my kids got out of school. The girl who answered the phone was so friendly and helpful, they got me in with perfect timing!

I saw Brenda and it was the best massage I have ever had. She was very intuitive to my needs and listened to exactly what I wanted. Everyone was so welcoming - from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. I joined for the membership (its so cheap - how couldn't you??) and made another appointment for next week!!!!

THANKS MASSAGE ENVY!!!!!

BEST Massages!!. The therapists that were named in the last review are actually still ALL working there, and I've seen a number of therapists at that location that have been there for years. The front desk girls are so helpful and their manager, Lisa is such a sweet gal. She is really always trying to do what is best for her clients. I LOVE massage envy and go almost 2-3X/month!!! Thank You!!

Best Massage EVER!. I recently went to the Massage Envy closest to my house (Chandler Blvd and the 101) and I had the BEST massage I have ever had. I have been to the Phoenician, Dolce, The Princess Resort - and I have NEVER had such a good massage. It is such a waste of money to go to those other high end, high priced salons because you can get an even BETTER massage for only $39 at Massage Envy!!!!

I would recommend Massage Envy in Chandler to anyone and everyone I know.

The girls at the front were so nice and welcoming - I joined to become a member because I felt so comfortable there with the people, they even knew my name when I came out of my massage. Talk about being personable and knowing how to make your customers feel welcome!!!!!!
