Not the best Massage Envy location. This Massage Envy location is the closest to my house, but I opt to go to other locations because of the turnover of thearpist and the attitude of the people scheduling the appointments. One actually called me and harrassed me stating I had missed an appointment and was so rude I was actually speachless. This was after I had called and cancelled my appointment since they could not meet the timeframe I really wanted. Only thing going for this location is their quiet room, but that's not enough to get me to go back. This is the location I bought my yearly package from when they first opened.

Watch the time!. I originally signed a membership here, but have since switched locations. Mainly because all the skilled therapists keep leaving. There's been huge turn over of therapists in the past year. Unfortunately the turn over is with the good therapists. I also recommend watching the time. It's suppose to be a one hour massge, but several times my massage was cut short by 5-10 minutes. With a one year membership even if you lose 5 minutes each time that's one 1 hour massage or $40 bucks stolen from you!!! I did speak with management and was told it would be brought up in the next meeting, but it still happened for several months. I questioned it with one therapist and was told that the massage includes the timing to cloth and uncloth. That's fine, but should it take 15 minutes to uncloth/cloth? That's what one therapist waited before coming in to start the massage. One time I noticed the massage ended 10 minutes early on a wall clock. When i mentioned it I was told by the therapist that they don't use the clock on the wall but their watch. The clocks on the wall weren't accurate. Good excuse, but I also looked at my watch just before I got undressed and I was shorted 10 minutes. Several times my massage started late and ended on the hour. I couldn't get a refund on the remaining membership, so I switched locations and much happier there. By the way, several of the great therapists noted in the previous reviews have since left. I'm sure there maybe some good therapists, but for how long. Such a waste of money on membership if it takes two wasted massages to find a good therapist...only to have them leave two months later.

I want to respond to this user's complaint regarding the length of massages at Massage Envy. Massage Envy has always had a policy of scheduling 1 Hour Massage Sessions which consist of a 50 minute hands on massage with time before and after for dressing and time to consult with the therapist. In fact, all of our printed materials and advertising make the following statement "One-hour session consists of a 50 min. massage and time for consultation and dressing."

With regard to therapist turnover. We have one of the lowest turnover ratios of any of the 200 active Massage Envy's and a lower turnover ratio than the industry average. We employ over 40 full and part-time therapists at this location and have many therapists that have been with us since we opened in November of 2003.

Outstanding Experience. I've had many massages in my day and at some of the high-end spas. Although the ambience may not be the same as these spas, the quality of the massage is outstanding. Nicole is great!! Very professional and get out all my knots! I generally don't like "club memberships", but this is an excellent value! I highly recommend Massage Envy.

Excellent Value. I've had massges from almost everyone at the Chndler Massage Envy and I've never had a bad massage. Everyone is very professional, skilled and friendly.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST!. I get massages regularly and this is by far my favorite place to go. It's the best deal around, a relaxing and clean facility and friendly and experienced massage therapists.
