Rolfs is a BAD Business

I just wanted to let you know a little about Rolf's. For one, the stylists all have to sign contracts with Rolf's stating that should anything ever happen to their employment, the clients are not allowed to find out where the stylist went to continue getting their hair done by that individual. should the stylist exchange personal information with any client and/or should any client search out that particular stylist Rolf's is filing lawsuits for 10s of thousands of dollars. i don't know about you but when people go get services like this done they enjoy building a personal relationship with the person that is making them look and feel good. the stylists are also required to attend meetings that last 5 to 8 hours on average every couple weeks without any money or food. no gas money. did i mention these meetings are also about 30 to 40 miles away for some stylists. Rolf's also takes 70% of the price of the service. this leaves the stylists with 30% of the cost of the service plus the tip. but how much is someone going to want to tip if the price is already outrageous. Rolf's intimidates they're employees into feeling trapped there. the owner of the company tells the stylists when they don't look good, smell good and to go put more make up on because they don't have enough on. any company that is that disrespectful to the people that make up the backbone of that company doesn't deserve my hard earned money.

• Cons: pricey! $30 mens cut?? ouch! thats if stylist is level 1!

Rolfs - Client for over 6 years!

Just wanted to take the time to let people know what a great experience I have evey time I visit Rolf's. I have been a client for many years, first visiting the old location on 24th street and now 67th ave for the past 5+years. My stylist is Brandy and she is amazing. She is always so professional and does amazing things with my hair. I have referred so many of my friends and family to her over the years. If you are looking for a change and a wonderful and talented stylist be sure to give Rolf's a try. I would not go anywhere else.

Best Salon Ever!

The first person to tell me about Rolf's was my mom. It was the best advice! She had a great hairstylist named Brandy. So when I called for an appointment I asked for her. It was perfect! I have a lot of hair so it is very hard to manage. My hair was always very frizzy and big, and I didn't like how it looked. But when I went to see Brandy she made my hair look beautiful! Instead of knotty and frizzy, my hair was curly and smooth. She told me exactly how to keep my hair in order and recommended different shampoos and gels for me to try.

When I wanted to cut my hair short for the summer, the only stylist I would trust to cut my hair would be Brandy! Now, it's even easier to manage and it still looks good! Now I get many compliments on how pretty my hair is and I feel great about it too! Thanks Brandy!

Now, I will alwys go to Rolf's because it is the only place I can trust with my hair!
