Jeff Weston opened this chic north Scottsdale eatery in the former Oceana space, where he served as chef. A bar near the entrance leads into a contemporary interior with candlelit tables and white linens, warm colors, plush carpeting and modern paintings. A globe-spanning menu of dishes varies seasonally. Typical offerings include green-lip mussels in Thai curry, smoked-duck spring rolls, tournedos of buffalo and lemon sole saltimbocca.
