West Valley Urgent Care

Three hour wait to see a medical assistant then 3 hours longer as 2 more medical assistants and a Nurse Practitioner take turns trying to remove my ear wax. After 6 hours I gave up and decided to go to a real doctor to finish the job. This is an office with incompetent staff that I will NEVER again use. You would be wise to go elsewhere.…

Half and half. Well the Doctor was good, smart, courteous but after that, OMG the refill department is simply not with it. All I needed was a refill and after nine telephone calls, still no results. Ever need a medicaine refill when you are traveling? and running low? It's easier to get a meeting with the president than simply get them to refill a basic simple med!!

How about faxing me a copy of my test results for my records,

"You want it when?"

just someday would be nice, during my lifetime.

and when the time for a blod draw comes, the tech decides she HAS to go out for lunch, KNOWING I was walking towards her office. Come back in 90 minutes...

Fast, Friendly and Docs are FANTASTIC. I have been to this Urgent Care with my teenager on several occasions. Front office is friendly and that in itself is hard to find. Everytime we needed to be seen, the wait was short and the doctors were great. We love it there so much, we are both full time patients on the Internal Medicine side now! I have never had a bad expierience with anyone there...including Billing! Everyone seems to be on top of their game!…

Business office is non-responsive. This office is apparently able to process insurance payments, but we have waited almost a year for a refund that is due. Less than $100.00. We have called more than TWENTY times, each time they say they are cutting a check.…
