best FACIAL in town.. I treat myself once a month to be pampered, and instead of heading ot my usual spa, I tried out LaBella. Im 100% positive I've found the best place in Arizona. I got a pedi, brow wax, and facial. I fell asleep during the facial (by Jenny) because I was SO relaxed. I was treated like royalty.

Not worth the money. I went for a One Hour Massage. The massage itself was good, but upon leaving I realized that the actual massage time was forty five minutes. I inquired about it, and the woman at reception (who happened to be the owner) did not believe me. After checking the clock in the massage room, she then appeared to believe me and offered a 10% discount (for what was a 25% shortfall in service time). She did not understand my explanation of the math/percentages, so I eventaully gave up. Given that massages here are one of the most expensive in the area, I was quite disappointed with my experience.

They sure know their stuff. I don't trust anyone with my hair, except for my stylist back home in california which i've had since 7th grade. I was recommended LaBella by a friend and I told them my trust is limited, they HOOKED ME UP with an amazing colorist. I told her how i wanted my hair, and she gave me better than i imagined. They know what looks good on you. Their waxing and spa is great too. Amazing and comfotable atmosphere!

customer service. the atmosphere was very professional and friendly. They are definitley the best spa I have been in. There treatments were pheonomal and there stylists were top notch. I would highly recommend them. thank you, paige hogarth
