GO SEE BETTY!.
I just read the last review and I went to Frankie D's yesterday also.
I didnt get my hair done, I went in to get a wax. I had never done this before so I was a little nervous. Betty made me feel comfortable and after all the laughing and story sharing, she was done. I couldn't believe it! DONE!! Now I have the smoothest skin in the world.
I will be calling them back to make a hair appointment. Since RyansMom spoke so highly of Heather, I am going to see if she available!

The most amazing Salon in the east valley!.
I went to Frankie D's yesterday and let me tell you, Heather is simply amazing. She listened to what I wanted and gave suggestions I hadn't even thought of...in the end, I told her to do whatever she thinks is best..my hair has never looked so good, she did a fantastic job.
I know how difficult it is to find a good salon, so if you are looking for one, I highly reccommend Frankie D;s
Frankie D's now has a customer for life!

Always a Wonderful Experience!. I have been to Frankie D's on many occasions. Every one of the services I have had was top notch! I love treating myself to a relaxing facial. I have also had hair cuts and color by several of the professional stylists and have never been disappointed. I would recommend this fabulous salon!

CLIENTS ARE OUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY.
I am saddend by some clients who are ingaged in conversation and at unbiased glances look like they are comfortable and are repeatedly asked if everything is ok, go home to sit in private to write a unflattering review.
IF that client had been truthful when asked if everthing was ok, or did something need to looked at, BE asured it would have! As a business person we cannot read minds and we take your word for face value.If we are not given the opportunity to correct whats wrong we assume that everything is ok. If sitting on a computer writting out a review is how to take out frustratiuons then nothing will be corrected.Remember nobody is perfect, but be assured we always do our best and the clients are our number one priority
