Came in for the first time, and will never return their manager/owner knew nothing about computers, and the staff was arrogant and persistent it needed to be checked in so much for free 15 minute diagnostic

Never Again. Took my son's computer there for a bad mother board. 2 Months, no one returned my calls or emails. The store manager lied to me. His name is Doug. Computer is still not repaired.

Fail. Enough Said.
