At the beginning, when they were quoting our job, they were very nice...very punctual. We were told that they had a crew on standby waiting for some work. Our sales person was Fernando Mendoza. He gave us a really good price but said that the figures were only good if he got the entire job. He wanted 50% down but I thought that it was unreasonable. I agreed to a 30,30,40 payment and wrote a check.

When it came time to actually do the work, nobody showed up. 8:00 and then 9:00 came and went. We called Fernando at 9:30 and he told us he was busy on another job and maybe he would get to our house that afternoon or on Saturday. What?!!?!!. According to Fernando, that crew on standby was supposed to be his best one. Did they, all of a sudden, get busy from when I signed the check Wednesday night to when they were supposed to show up Thursday or Friday morning like Fernando said they would?

I checked my account and the check was already cashed. I thought this was unacceptable and I just wanted my money back.

This was another ordeal. I told my banker what was going on and he actually recommended that I call the police to collect my money. What exactly did he know that I didn't?

3 hours later, I was able to drive down to their office (they moved. They're not at 7120 N12 St anymore. I had to go to 45th Place and Indian School) to pick up a check. Let's see if it clears.

I'm from Brooklyn and I'm used to a level of service that some might consider below standard but I have never experienced such a thing before.

Jeff Parks, the one who was in charge of issuing my check, actually said to me, when all I wanted was my money back, that I was making things "awkward." Really? I suppose you should consider that when reading this review. Perhaps I'm the bad guy here.

I would strongly warn against doing business with these people. This has been the worst experience dealing with a company that I have ever had.
