GREAT selection..Excellent customer service. This store was on my long list of bridal shops to visit while looking for a wedding gown. I made an appointment and was sent a helpful brochure via email shortly after.

On the day of our first visit, we were acknowledged immediately upon walking through the door. Nycolette assisted us in looking for dresses. I never felt pressured or hurried, and looked through the very large selection of gowns. I was allowed to go through the dresses at my leisure, after being given some instruction as to what sizes and styles were available on which rows. I was pretty positive after pulling 6 or 7 that they were going to limit me from pulling any more! But they definitely did not - and I was able to try on all of the gowns that I felt might be a good fit for me.

Throughout the duration of the dress shopping extravaganza (ha!) Nycolette was right there to assist with any questions, or help with putting on the gowns..while also being unobtrusive. She was helpful and calm, and I felt completely comfortable working with her.

We ended up coming in two more times to try on the dress we thought might be 'the one' - every time we were greeted by courteous staff who went out of there way to make our experience a superb one. I would highly recommend coming here!
