a nightmare. So i decide to try a new place. When i arrive there is no one at the reception desk, someone shouts at me from the pedicure chair getting a massage, what do i want. So i tell him that i'd like a pedicure. I get a girl who looks like she'd rather be anywhere else. She runs my water way too cold, then she has me soaking so long that my feet start to itch in the green solution. She starts my pedicure by filing my nails all crooked. She is pulling on my cuticles, that she hardly pushed up, and i ask for the extra reflexology. She does this with her gloves on, that are plastic and are burning my feet. I ask her to take off the gloves, and she said she doesn't want to touch my feet with out gloves. Now mind you, my feet have just soaked in water and solution for 10 min, and I have clean feet. And she has an attitude since we started. I told her that we are done, I don't want her to continue. I don't even know why i paid for this nightmare, and as i'm paying she can't even work her cc machine. DO NOT GO, NO WONDER THE PLACE IS EMPTY. I wonder if they realize they are running a customer service based service. And why some people accept this kind of service is beyond me, even if it's cheap. It leads to further bad service, and cattle service.
