Our HOA uses Rossmar and Graham and as a board member I've been quite happy. Chris Richardson is our R&G representative and he is amazing. He works great with the board members, respects the wishes of the community and represents us well with our vendors. We have used R&G for since at least 2008 and Chris has been with us for the last 3 years. We get tons of great advice from Chris and he is constantly helping us better understand the options available to us so we can continually improve our HOA. Thanks Chris!

They are very professional and upfront. They do everything that they can. They provide feedback if we are doing something that is not correct and provide us training.

They handle problems effectively, efficiently and in a timely manner. They also go above and beyond the call of duty many times. They also have a great manager and area manager who are very knowledgeable. They are an industry leader and they use superior technology, such as e-bills and email that go out to homeowners.
