My 12:00 appt was cancelled at 6:00 p.m. the night before. No offer for an alternate stylist, no apology. Went to Boxer's on Monroe and got a great cut.

The previous review has obviously been written by a very disturbed person or it is a blatant lie- and what's with the CAPS - does it help your story by shouting? There is no way you would walk out of Rolfs with that experience! I have had my hair done there many times (including Todd) and it turned out FANTASTIC. Pinnochio, your nose is growing!
